Mzansi Wheels is a lead generation and referral service. We connect South Africans who are looking for rent-to-buy vehicle solutions with accredited vehicle finance providers. We are not a vehicle finance company, bank, or credit provider. We do not enter into rental or finance agreements with clients directly. Any agreement relating to the vehicle, payments, or finance terms will be between you and the relevant third-party provider.

When you submit an application through our website or contact us directly, Mzansi Wheels will: • Collect your basic personal and financial information; • Assess whether your profile may qualify for a rent-to-buy vehicle programme; • Forward your details to an accredited vehicle finance provider on your behalf; • Communicate the outcome of the referral to you. Mzansi Wheels does not guarantee approval, specific vehicle availability, or particular finance terms. These are determined solely by the third-party provider.

Mzansi Wheels does not charge applicants any fees for submitting an application or using our referral service. Our service is free to use. Any costs, fees, or charges relating to the vehicle programme will be disclosed to you directly by the third-party provider before you enter into any agreement with them.

By submitting an application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in your application being declined and could have legal consequences. Mzansi Wheels reserves the right to decline or withdraw any referral if information is found to be inaccurate.

The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.mzansiwheels.co.za/privacy. By submitting an application, you consent to Mzansi Wheels collecting, processing, and sharing your personal information with accredited third-party providers for the purpose of assessing and processing your application.

Submitting an application through Mzansi Wheels does not guarantee approval for any vehicle programme. Mzansi Wheels makes no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood of approval, the terms of any offer, or the availability of specific vehicles.

If your application is successful, you will enter into a separate agreement directly with the third-party vehicle finance provider. Mzansi Wheels is not a party to that agreement and accepts no liability for its terms, performance, or any disputes arising from it. We encourage you to read any agreement carefully before signing.

Mzansi Wheels' role is limited to lead generation and referral. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mzansi Wheels shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from: • An unsuccessful application; • The terms offered by a third-party provider; • Any action or omission by a third-party provider; • Any delay in processing or communicating your application.

Mzansi Wheels may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
